Creator Space Rental Details

For podcasts, social media content, course creation, etc., below are the rental details for using our space to record your course videos:

Since our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, those days would allow you to use the entire space without any interruptions. If you prefer to record during the week (Tuesday to Friday), you're welcome to book before we open (8 AM–2 PM) or after we close (6 PM–10 PM). Tuesdays and Wednesdays tend to be the best weekdays for minimal noise and availability.

However, if you’d like to record during our open hours—Tuesday to Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM—just let us know in advance so we can check availability and block off the time on our calendar.

Base Hourly Rate:

$50/hour

for use of either the bookstore or the back office​

+$10/hour

for early morning or evening bookings (before 8 AM or after 6 PM)

Optional Add-Ons:

+$20/hour

for In-house equipment (camera, lighting, tripod)

+$25/hour

for Staff setup/support

+$50 flat fee

Private booking to reserve the entire store
