Master Chef Cheryl Nolen-Wilson

Chef Cheryl Nolen-Wilson, a Chicago native, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, cooking for events of all sizes. She successfully ran a catering business for over 25 years and has also managed restaurants. Cheryl has taught cooking classes both in-person and online, earning widespread acclaim for her incredible cooking. Now, she is passionate about guiding and inspiring the next generation of culinary artists.

OCTOBER:

  • Oct. 4 – Shrimp/Chicken Egg Foo Young & Fried Rice

  • Oct. 11 – Spinach Quiche

  • Oct. 18 – Stuffed Salmon

  • Oct. 25 – Chicken Alfredo

NOVEMBER:

  • Nov. 1 – Mac n Cheese

  • Nov. 8 – Cornbread Dressing

  • Nov. 15 – Sweet Potatoes with Praline Topping

  • Nov. 22 – Peach Cobbler

DECEMBER:

  • Dec. 6 – Holiday Desserts

  • Dec. 13 – Gumbo

Participants  are encouraged to attend all dates to gain a comprehensive

cooking experience.

Recipes and step by step videos of how to prepare each meal will be provided too!

Times

3 pm to 4:30 pm

Each class will last 1.5 hours.

Cost

Each session is $30, with a maximum of 10 students per class to ensure personalized attention and hands-on learning.​​​​​
